Sunday Tidbit

Ok, for anyone that goes to church, they have sacrament right. Well, at our church, the first meeting is called Sacrament, and that is where it is served. We use bread and water and even the children old enough to partake are invited to do so. Anyway, today, our meeting had alittle snag..... the boy that was supposed to bring the bread forgot... oops! Anyway, oddly enough we had two packages of sandwich rolls in the van, so Bruce offered these... with the sacrament, bread is bread, as long as its blessed before its passed. The hilarious part comes next. The boys, ages 12-15, that are responsible for doing this have, of course, never worked with rolls before - they usually use sliced bread - anyway, so they tore the bread into these huge pieces.... so the bread tray comes past us, and of course my little Nathan chooses this big piece from the top. After he takes a bite or two of this 1/4 of a roll he grabbed , he accidentally drops it... his words exactly.... " Oh no! My snack!! " Guess he was hungry.. :)
